Para distribuir el auxilio que le corresponda a cada damnificado, en el Municipio de Istmina, créase una Junta compuesta por el Prefecto de la Provincia de San Juan, por el Presidente del Concejo Municipal de Istmina y por tres vecinos notables residentes de esta ciudad y nombrados por el Intendente Nacional del Chocó. La Junta tendrá un Interventor, ad honórem, designado por el Auditor Seccional de la Contraloría en el Chocó, que tendrá voz y voto en las determinaciones de la Junta, que se tomarán por mayoría de votos.
