Los plazos para presentar la declaración del impuesto sobre las ventas y cancelar el valor a pagar correspondiente al primer bimestre del año 2003, vencerán en las fechas que se indican a continuación de acuerdo con el último dígito del NIT del responsable: SI EL ULTIMO DIGITO BIMESTRE ENERO-FEBRERO 2003 HASTA EL DIA 8, 9 ó 0 12 de marzo año 2003 5, 6 ó 7 13 de marzo año 2003 4, 3, 2 ó 1 14 de marzo año 2003 En este sentido se modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 21 del Decreto 3258 del 30 de diciembre de 2002.
