Art. 152. De vueltos los autos por la parte recurrente, el Magistrado dispondrá que se entregue el proceso por diez días á cada una de las otras partes para que presenten sus alegatos; pero cuando por el número de partes hubiere de pasar este término de treinta días, no se sacarán los autos de la Secretaría, sino que se pondrán á disposición de ellas por el término común de treinta días, durante los cuales podrán examinar el expediente y presentar sus alegatos.
