°. Modificar el artículo 52 del Decreto 3249 de 2006, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 52. Transitorio . Los productos que reúnan las condiciones para ser clasificados como suplementos dietarios y que se les haya otorgado registro sanitario como alimentos, medicamentos o fitoterapéuticos sin serlo, deberán ajustarse a la reglamentación vigente, dentro de los veinticuatro (24) meses siguientes a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto. El incumplimiento de este plazo dará lugar a la aplicación de las medidas sanitarias y a la iniciación del proceso sancionatorio correspondiente”.
