º Las personas que se vinculen al servicio público en el Distrito Capital y sus entidades descentralizadas a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto y que conforme a las disposiciones vigentes tengan el carácter de empleados públicos, gozarán del régimen prestacional señalado para los empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público.
