ARTICULO 6 º. APLICACION INMEDIATA DE LA LEY. La ley que fije la jurisdicción y competencia o determine lo concerniente a la sustitución y ritualidad del proceso, se aplicará desde el momento en que entre a regir, salvo lo que la misma determine.
