Principio General de la Elección : Cada uno de los grupos electores elegirá por mayoría simple un candidato para ocupar el cargo de miembro de la Junta Directiva de la Comisión Nacional de Televisión. El grupo conformado por los cinco candidatos ganadores elegirá entre ellos al miembro de Junta. Sólo el representante legal de cada asociación profesional y sindical podrá sufragar en nombre de cada uno de los miembros de los cinco (5) grupos electores.
