Informe. Los clubes con deportistas profesionales deberán informar a la Superintendencia de Sociedades el nombre de las personas naturales o jurídicas que adquieran títulos de afiliación, acciones o aportes durante el período a que se refiera dicho informe, así como el número de cédula o el de identificación tributaria, la dirección actual, el número de títulos, acciones o aportes adquiridos, la participación porcentual y cualquiera otra información que dicha entidad requiera. En caso de que la negociación se haga directamente entre el adquirente y el club, deberá indicarse la forma en que se hubiere hecho el pago respectivo.
