ARTICULO 3.6.1.7.- REDUCCION DE SUSCRIPTORES. Cuando el número de suscriptores o el monto de suscripciones se reduzca por debajo de los límites previstos para el efecto, la Superintendencia de Valores podrá conceder un plazo no superior a seis (6) meses, prorrogables por justa causa, para que se adopten las medidas necesarias para restablecer dichos mínimos, al vencimiento de dicho término si no se han cumplido las condiciones señaladas deberá procederse a la liquidación del fondo.
