Garantía de los Derechos Adquiridos. En desarrollo del principio de los derechos adquiridos, quienes a la vigencia de este Decreto hubiesen cumplido los requisitos para acceder a pensiones de vejez especiales que les sean más favorables, tienen derecho a que se les reconozca y se les liquide la pensión de vejez en las condiciones de favorabilidad vigentes al momento en que cumplieron los requisitos.
