Art. 2.° Dichos Bancos y Compañías anónimas publicarán por la imprenta y en avisos que mantendrán fijos en sus Oficinas, las ratas de que trata el artículo anterior.

Estas ratas no podrán ser alteradas hasta noventa días después de su publicación; y en caso de contravención, el propietario ó Director del Banco ó Administrador de Compañía anónima, pagará una multa hasta de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000).
