Art. 13. Cuando se administre la renta directamente, los Recaudadores llevarán un registro denominado " Libro de Patentes," dividido en dos secciones : la primera para anotar las licencias de producción, y la segunda, para las de rectificación. Cada sección constará de tres columnas : la 1.ª para inscribir la fecha en que se expide la patente ; la 2.ª para describir la respectiva partida de licencia ; y la 3.ª para anotar la suma pagada cono derecho mensual.
