De conformidad con lo preceptuado en los artículos 46 y 48 de la ley 21 de 1982, toda Caja de Compensación Familiar estará dirigida por la Asamblea General de Afiliados, el Consejo Directivo y el Director Administrativo; tendrá un Revisor Fiscal principal y su respectivo suplente, elegidos por la Asamblea General, con las calidades y los requisitos que la ley exige para ejercer las funciones que les son propias.
