A solicitud del pasajero, el equipaje podrá sellarse y dejarse bajo la custodia de la aduana sin examinarlo, por un período no mayor de seis meses. En tal caso, se expedirá el recibo correspondiente y se podrán cobrar gastos de bodegaje, según se fijaren cervicales de acuerdo con el capítulo XXI. Los particulares interesados podrán solicitar y obtener el reconocimiento y aforo del equipaje que así depositen en las aduanas, o su entrega para la reexportación. El gobierno no asumirá responsabilidad alguna por equipaje depositado en ésta forma, a menos que se levanten inventarios de su contenido. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 25/10/1984
