Art 2.° El Poder Ejecutivo ordenará que el pago de los viáticos que se adeudan al Jeneral Fernando Sánchez, como Diputado a 1a Convencion de Rionegro, se haga a su viuda la señora Florencia Róbertson de Sanchez. i para ello se considerará incluido, en el Presupuesto la partida correspondiente.
