Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación, sin perjuicio del plazo previsto en el artículo 2 y del régimen de transición previsto en el artículo 3, sustituye el Libro 17 de la Parte 2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010 y deroga el Título 4 del Libro 1 de la Parte 2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010.
