El Control Fiscal sobre el manejo, administración y ejecución de los recursos originados en las tasas que se establecen a través de la presente ley, será ejercido por la Contraloría General de la República mediante la fiscalización de los resultados y de la rendición de la cuenta que le corresponde presentar al Ministeriode Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural como responsable del Sistema Nacional de Identificación e Información de Ganado Bovino, Sinigán, deconformidad con el artículo 3° de la Ley 914.
