En las inscripciones de los actos o contratos referentes a inmuebles, se copiarán íntegra y textualmente las alineaciones, cabida, ubicación precisa y nombre de las fincas, nombres de las partes, denominaciones de los contratos, número, fecha y Notaría donde se otorgó la escritura y demás circunstancias indicadas en el artículo 2659 del Código Civil, tal como aparezcan en el instrumento que se lleva a cabo al registro; y en los certificados sobre tradición y libertad se transcribirán literalmente las mismas alineaciones, nombres, etc. sin que en esa materia se puedan hacer cambios, supresiones o adiciones.
