El Tribunal Nacional de Etica Odontológica estará integrado por cinco profesionales de la odontología elegidos por el Ministerio de Salud de una lista de diez (10) candidatos, de los cuales cinco (5) serán propuestos por la Federación Odontológica Colombiana y cinco (5) por la Asociación Colombiana de Facultades de Odontología (ACFO).
