ARTICULO 59. LA COMUNICACION ENTRE USUARIOS DE LA RTPC Y USUARIOS MOVILES. Para la comunicación entre usuarios de la red telefónica pública conmutada con usuarios de la red de telefonía móvil celular el operador de la red móvil deberá interconectarse a la RTPC en los términos señalados por este Decreto.
