°. El Gobierno podrá fijar además a las Misiones Diplomáticas una partida especial para atender a los gastos de las oficinas de Cancillería distintos de los de arrendamiento o sostenimiento. Dicha partida, destinada a cubrir gastos de agua, electricidad, teléfono local, calefacción y útiles de escritorio, la evaluará el Ministerio según los factores determinantes en cada país.
