°. El Municipio de Bogotá tendrá derecho, de acuerdo con la Ley 78 de 1930, a la mitad del 60 por 100 sobre el consumo de cervezas que corresponde al Departamento de Cundinamarca. Por consiguiente, el Administrador de Hacienda Nacional de este Departamento entregará al Municipio de Bogotá su participación, después de hecha la liquidación y distribución definitiva de que se habla en el numeral 2° del artículo 4° de este Decreto.
