La Tesorería General remitirá a la Sección de Crédito Público del Ministerio del Tesoro los vales que se amorticen mensualmente, con la relación respectiva en que se indicarán aquéllos por sus valores, series y cantidad total; y como los intereses devengados por los vales el Tesoro se liquidan y computan en el acto de la amortización en la misma relación se indicará separadamente la suma pagada por intereses de tales vales amortizados.
