amends decreto 1366/67

Artículo14. El inciso final del artículo 20 del Decreto 1366 de 1967 quedará así:

No se reconocerán efectos fiscales a los contratos sobre cesiones recíprocas que efectúen o hayan efectuado las sociedades entre sí, o con sus socios o accionistas de sociedades en comandita por acciones, o los socios o accionistas entre sí, de acciones o partes de interés social, utilidades o participaciones, cuando con tales actos se disminuyan las participaciones de los socios o accionistas que sean personas naturales, sucesiones ilíquidas, asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro, sociedades anónimas o en comandita por acciones.
