Oportunidad para solicitar la modalidad de tránsito aduanero. De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 113º del presente Decreto, una vez sea descargada la mercancía y sin haberla ingresado a depósito, deberá solicitarse y autorizarse la modalidad de tránsito aduanero, cuando proceda.
