Cédese igualmente al Departamento del Huila, con destino a los Colegios de San Luis Gonzaga, de Elías; de Santa Librada, de Neiva, y de San Antonio, de Pitalito, treinta mil hectáreas de baldíos de los radicados en el mismo Departamento. El Gobernador del Huila hará la distribución de esos baldíos entre las entidades mencionadas. Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de este artículo serán de cargo del Departamento favorecido.
