°. Delegación para dar posesión de miembros o consejos directivos de entidades descentralizadas . Delégase en los ministros y directores de departamentos administrativos la facultad de dar posesión a los miembros de los consejos directivos y de las juntas directivas de las entidades descentralizadas del orden nacional, de su respectivo sector administrativo, cuando por ley o estatutos dicha posesión deba surtirse ante el Presidente de la República.
