Los bienes incautados, destinados directa o indirectamente para la producción, reproducción, distribución, transporte o comercialización de los ejemplares ilícitos, serán embargados y secuestrados o decomisados de oficio y, previo avalúo, los que no deban ser destruidos se adjudicarán en la sentencia condenatoria a los perjudicados en el hecho punible, a título de indemnización de perjuicios o se dispondrá su remate para tal fin.
