El remate deberá iniciarse en horas de despacho y no podrá cerrarse antes de transcurridas tres (3) horas de comenzada la licitación. En el momento de dar principio a la licitación, deberá leerse a viva voz el cartel a que se refieren los artículos precedentes. Las ofertas que hagan los postores se anunciarán en alta voz de manera que oigan todos los concurrentes. La adjudicación de la mercancía rematada se hará públicamente, tan luégo como haya terminado la licitación a favor de quien ofrezca mayor cantidad de dinero, sobre la base del avalúo.
