Materias Del Cabildo Abierto

Podrán ser materias del cabildo abierto cualquier asunto de interés para la comunidad. En caso de que la comunidad cite al gobernador o alcalde respectivo deberá adjuntar a las firmas el cuestionario que formulará al funcionario, el cual debe ser remitido por el presidente de la corporación, con mínimo cinco (5) días de antelación a la celebración del cabildo. El cuestionario deberá versar únicamente sobre asuntos de competencia del funcionario citado.

Parágrafo

A través del Cabildo Abierto no se podrán presentar iniciativas de ordenanza, acuerdo o resolución local.
