Los peritos presentan su dictamen dentro del término que se les señale, el cual, a petición de cualquiera de las partes o de los mismos peritos, puede ser prorrogado prudencialmente por justa causa.

Si no presentan su exposición oportunamente, se les reemplaza, sin perjuicio de aplicarles las sanciones correspondientes a su falta y de que el Juez tome las medidas necesarias, a fin de que la prueba se practique en tiempo debido para que se considere en el fallo.
