LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.3.1.8.1. Revocación de la condición de refugiado. Si después de que una persona ha sido reconocida como refugiado comete actos contemplados en las cláusulas de exclusión señalados en el artículo 2.2.3.1.7.1 del presente decreto, su condición como refugiado podrá ser revocada, con sujeción a las normas procedimentales del debido proceso.
