Art. 3.° Los elementos de parque recientemente adquiridos o llevados al Estado del Magdalena, que queden, cumplida la cesión en los términos que se espresan en los artículos 1.° i 2.° del decreto lejislativo citado, serán trasladados, conforme a las órdenes que dicte el ciudadano Jeneral Ponce en virtud de las instrucciones que tiene del Poder Ejecutivo.
