Decreto 90 de 2000 · por el cual se reglamenta los artículos 7°, 8°, 9°, 10 y 23 de la Ley 550 de 1999.

Lista de peritos. A más tardar el 15 de febrero de 2000 la Superintendencia de Sociedades publicará en dos diarios de circulación nacional avisos en los cuales se dé cuenta de la apertura de las inscripciones para peritos. La decisión correspondiente a las solicitudes de inscripción será notificada por la Superintendencia de Sociedades, en la oficina en la cual se recibió la respectiva solicitud.

Parágrafo

Mientras se conforma la lista, la Superintendencia designará los peritos de la lista oficial de auxiliares de la justicia y de la lista de las Cámaras de Comercio.
