Modifíquese el numeral 3 del artículo 135 del Decreto número 2147 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “3. No elaborar la planilla de recepción en los términos y condiciones establecidos en el artículo 118 del presente Decreto, cuando quien reciba las mercancías sea un depósito franco o de provisiones a bordo para consumo y para llevar. La sanción será de multa equivalente a trescientas (300) Unidades de Valor Tributario (UVT). Cuando la planilla se elabore de manera extemporánea, la sanción se reducirá al ochenta por ciento (80%); se entiende por extemporaneidad un tiempo que no supere las doce (12) horas o los dos (2) días calendario, según el plazo inicial sea en horas o en días”.
