El proceso de selección tiene como objetivo garantizar el ingreso y ascenso del personal idóneo a los empleos públicos del Sistema Específico de Carrera, con fundamento en el mérito y mediante procedimientos que permitan la participación en igualdad de condiciones, de quienes demuestren poseer los requisitos para desempeñarlos.
