La Junta Administradora de la Lotería "La Cartagenera" se integrará así: El Alcalde Mayor del Distrito, quien la presidirá, el señor Personero Distrital, el señor Secretario de Hacienda Distrital, dos (2) Concejales del Distrito Turístico y Cultural de Cartagena de Indias, de distinta filiación política con sus respectivos suplentes, elegidos por el cabildo, y los delegados que por ley se designan.
