Decreto 1761 de 1962 · Por el cual se determina la planta de personal del Ministerio de Salud Pública

Artículo segundo . En virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, suprímense los cargos creados para la planta de personal del Ministerio de Salud Pública por Decretos números 1871, 2394, 2617, 2840 de 1960, y 159, 398, 663, 755-Bis, 756- Bis, 1023 y 2225 de 1961.

Parágrafo

Los cargos a que se refiere el Decreto 1023 de 10 de mayo de 1961, en relación con la Subdivisión de Drogas, Alimentos y Cosméticos, Sección de Inspección, continuarán vigentes.
