Si los liquidadores no ejercitan la acción prevista en el artículo anterior, una vez requeridos por los acreedores sociales, éstos se subrogarán en la acción de repetición contra los asociados.

La misma regla se aplicará cuando los liquidadores no cumplan lo prescrito en el artículo 243.
