Artículo l° Declárase zona de aislamiento, por estar fuertemente infectada con el hongo "cercospora musas Zim," que ocasiona la enfermedad "sigatoka" o "chamusco" del plátano, la región cultivada con bananos en el Departamento del Magdalena, y en consecuencia, autorízase al Jefe de la Sección de Sanidad Vegetal del Ministerio de Agricultura para que a la mayor brevedad se traslade a esa región y proceda a organizar la campaña de defensa de las plantaciones de banano.
