ARTICULO 56 . De la liquidación de perjuicios . En la sentencia que declare la responsabilidad penal del procesado, el juez deberá señalar el monto de los perjuicios individuales o colectivos ocasionados por el hecho punible. Cuando en la sentencia se condene al pago de indemnización colectiva se ordenará la constitución de un fondo conformado por el importe de la misma administrado por el Defensor del Pueblo para ser distribuido entre los beneficiados de acuerdo con sus propios intereses.
