Artículo único. Concédese á la Señora Nicasia Galindo, hija legítima del Teniente-coronel José María Tadeo Galindo, militar de la independencia. La pension vitalicia de cuarenta pesos ($ 40) mensuales.

Parágrafo

La agraciada gozará de esta pension por el tiempo que permanezca soltera.
