Modificación Del Parágrafo 2° Del Artículo 565 Del Estatuto Tributario

Modificación del

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 565 del Estatuto Tributario . Modifícase el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 565 del Estatuto Tributario, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 2

Cuando durante los procesos que se adelanten ante la administración tributaria el contribuyente, responsable, agente retenedor o declarante, actúe a través de apoderado, la notificación se surtirá a la dirección de correo físico, o electrónico que dicho apoderado tenga registrado en el Registro Único Tributario (RUT)”.
