Investigación oficiosa . En circunstancias especiales, el Incomex podrá adelantar de oficio una investigación, cuando existan pruebas suficientes que permitan presumir la existencia del daño ocasionado por las importaciones a precio de “dumping”. La información sobre el daño, necesaria para que se adelante la investigación, debe ser presentada por los productores nacional afectados o interesados, de conformidad con los requerimientos del Incomex.
