º. La disolución anticipada de una Asociación Mutualista de Ahorro y Préstamo deberá ser autorizada por el Superintendente Bancario. El Superintendente Bancario deberá asistir personalmente por medio de su representante a la Asamblea Extraordinaria en la cual se proponga la disolución anticipada y el procedimiento que deberá seguirse será el indicado en la Ley 45 de 1923.
