Art. 9. ° Queda facultado el Poder Ejecutivo para organizar i reglamentar la "Academia Vásquez" de conformidad con las disposiciones de la presente lei; para crear los empleos subalternos que exija el servicio del establecimiento, i, en fin, para asignar a éstos las convenientes dotaciones, sin excederse de la suma de mil quinientos pesos, que se señala como máximum para todas ellas.
