A partir de la vigencia de este Decreto el Ministerio de Minas y Energía enviará a Carbocol la información que por disposición legal o reglamentaria o estipulación contractual reciba sobre el carbón producido en minas objeto de concesiones, permisos o minas de propiedad privada.
