TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Articulo Segundo. En cuanto mejoren las condiciones de orden publico, y aunque subsista el estado de sitio en todo el territorio o en parte de él, el Gobierno autorizará nuevamente la realización de manifestaciones públicas debidamente reglamentadas, para facilitar la acción de los partidos y el desarrollo de los debates electorales.
