La adopción o reforma de los cánones arquitectónicos y estéticos originales en las fachadas, zonas exteriores y de uso común, de las Unidades Inmobiliarias Cerradas será decidida por la respectiva Asamblea de copropietarios y posteriormente se someterá a la aprobación de autoridad competente.
