ARTICULO 29. Presentada la querella, el funcionario de policía le dará curso si fuere competente, y si no, la remitirá inmediatamente a quien lo fuere, quien abocará su conocimiento. Si hubiesen transcurrido seis (6) meses o un tiempo superior entre la ejecución del hecho y el día de la presentación de la querella, el funcionario de conocimiento declarará la caducidad de la acción y se abstendrá de iniciar proceso, en auto motivado susceptible del recurso de apelación en el efecto suspensivo, que será decidido de plano.
